Rodair International named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies

Toronto, ON – March 7, 2019 – Rodair International was recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth with the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation. The 2019 Best Managed program award winners are amongst the best-in-class of Canadian owned and managed companies with revenues over $15 million demonstrating strategy, capability and commitment to achieve sustainable growth.

Now in its 26th year, Canada’s Best Managed Companies is one of the country’s leading business awards programs recognizing Canadian-owned and managed companies for innovative, world-class business practices. Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates the caliber of their management abilities and practices.

Rodair International is proud to be recognized as a winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and to join a network of private businesses striving for excellence. Our company aims to be an industry leader through innovation to create customized client experiences. Our mission is to brand Rodair as a national leader in innovation to drive us further into new markets worldwide. We continually invest in our people to push boundaries and strengthen our core business as well as create new business segments to offer our clients a full-spectrum of services. “This year’s Best Managed winners are a testament to the success found when businesses invest in talent, innovate intentionally, and think long-term,” said Lorrie King, Partner, Deloitte Private and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. “These companies should be proud of this achievement, and their responsibility in acting as role models for other Canadian businesses.”

Applicants are evaluated by an independent judging panel comprised of representatives from program sponsors in addition to special guest judges. 2019 Best Managed companies share commonalities that include a clear strategy and vision, investment in capability and commitment to talent.

Rodair’s CEO, Jeff Cullen said “I am proud and humbled beyond words with the recognition of Rodair as one of Canada’s Best Managed. My eyes filled with tears when I was told and the emotion has not left me yet. This is a testament to the efforts of all our stakeholders who all appreciate that this is part of our continued journey, and not a final destination. I am honoured to be on this incredible journey with some truly amazing people! Prosperity for All is who we are.”
